I added the spotlight in photoshop 'cause all our school's studio had was this drab, grey backdrop. Forgive me that the spotlight's all wonky, I made a bit of a bubu with the rendering... Can't fix it now.

This here is 1/3rd of the photos I had picked out for one of my Digital Photography projects last semester. Our objective was to make a cover for a fictional magazine in a studio set-up.
I entitled my magazine "Vermilion" coz it suited the model and it sounded fancy to me. Okay, I'm not particularly good with creating fictional names so pardon me if it sounds cheesy.
This was my first ever attempt at setting-up studio lights and, I'm rather proud of how it turned out. :3
I think you did well with the lighting, it also helped that you had a good model (she did well with her pose). The make-up and the ornaments were great. Overall, I liked it
Don't worry about the name, because I make cheesier names than you

Oh wow! her make up looks like she's wearing a mask, and the picture itself is absolutely stunning. I could go into a hundred interpretations of it (that's a good thing, means it actually made me think as opposed to just being pretty to look at lol).

I'm glad you like it! Amazingly, that was Gor's first time to model, I think. Lo and behold how well she takes to direction!
I'm really happy you approve of this! It does have some sentimental value to me, knowing that this was my first major photo project, plus the fact that I made new friends after the shoot. ^__^
Haha, we are all made of cheese!

Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.

Haha, I shall tell her! I'm sure she'll just be thrilled to know that!
